Due to Covid, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, if the customer received a damaged/incorrect product, the customer can provide proof within 2 days of receiving their product.
We will ship out the new product within 3-5 business days during regular days Expect delays during sales & promotional times & holiday seasons. In this case, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After the prescribed days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
